1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, provided by ATLAS Engineering Intelligence Limited, and set out the basis on which ATLAS Lite™ will be offered. ATLAS Lite™ is not yet available, and its full terms will be finalised before launch. By using the website you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
ATLAS Lite™ accounts are intended to be created by your organisation's administrator. You will be responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the services lawfully and in line with your organisation's policies
- Do not attempt to access data outside your authorised sites
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
- Do not interfere with the security or operation of the services
4. Field responsibility
ATLAS Lite™ helps teams record and review site information. It does not replace site surveys, locates, permits or professional judgement. Always verify underground services on site before excavation.
5. Your data
Your organisation is intended to own the reports, photos and records it creates in ATLAS Lite™. Detailed arrangements for ownership, use, export and deletion of data will be set out in the customer agreement before ATLAS Lite™ launches.
6. Intellectual property
ATLAS™ and ATLAS Lite™ are marks used by ATLAS Engineering Intelligence Limited. ATLAS Engineering Intelligence Limited reserves its rights in its names, logos, website content and software. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. Licence terms for ATLAS Lite™ will be set out in the customer agreement.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content and features at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited as set out in the customer agreement for ATLAS Lite™. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
9. Ending the service
Subscription terms, notice periods and what happens to data after a subscription ends will be set out in the customer agreement before ATLAS Lite™ launches.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
